The Quality Policy of MAKATOUNAKIS LTD, concerning its wholesale trade activities in electronic equipment and battery chargers, is established within the framework of the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 Standards and aims to fully satisfy the applicable requirements as defined by the needs and expectations of interested parties.

To implement this policy, we have designed and operate an Integrated Management System that is adaptable to emerging requirements and changing conditions. The system operates with the full commitment and support of Management, while all necessary resources are provided to ensure its effective implementation and continuous operation.
